摘要
Objective: To investigate changes in ameloblasts of incisor under chronic fluorine poisoning. Methods: The mice dental fluorosis model was established. The color and morphologic changes in every stage of mouse incisor were observed with naked eyes. After 45 days the mice were executed and histological changes in ameloblasts of their incisor were observed at different stages. Result: With consistent increase in sodium fluoride and time morphological changes in the mice incisor gradually aggravated and the ameloblast distorted and lost its normal column contour, and vacuoles and black granules of various sizes appeared. The Thomas' process was compressed by lateral ectopic material. Conclusion: The toxic effect of fluorine on mouse incisor begins to show at early stage of its development, which is closely related with time and dose. The fluorosis mechanism will be enlightened by pathogenesis investigations of fluorosed teeth at the earlier stage of tooth development.
