According to the problem of low speed and high error in the traditional detection of casting, it proposed the technology ideas of cast iron properties online intelligent evaluation and quality control under Melt Status. And extract expert knowledge of the relationship between the cooling curve law and other factors and cast iron material parameters through acquisition of a large number of experimental data. Based on which, the paper builds the mathematical model of it, and develops the cast iron properties online intelligent evaluation and quality control system under melt status. Practical application shows that the system eliminated the material waste, improved product quality and reduced costs effectively.
