摘要
The performance of a parabolic G style radiant cooler under different conditions was computed by numerical method with the view angle of the radiant cooler as a variable parameter. It is found that the reduction of view angle significantly deteriorates the working performance of the radiant cooler. Although the inner heat exchange of a radiant cooler is very complicated, the cold stage temperature can be expressed as a linear function of the view angle in its variation range studied. A method is proposed to reduce the negative effect of the decrease in view angle. The major idea of the method is to change the temperature-controlling mode of the ambient housing. Numerical results show that the method is very effective.
