摘要
Stroboscopic maps are derived to describe precisely the nonlinear dynamical characteristics of Boost PFC converters under peak-current control mode. Based on the maps, numerical simulation is performed to reveal intermittent bifurcation and chaos phenomena within a line cycle. Furthermore, the duty ratio of system is also investigated in order to survey the route from bifurcation to chaos, and the results indicate that the chaotic behavior does not depend upon the sufficient development of period-doubling bifurcation, but originates from border collision bifurcations which occur in the halfway course of period-doubling. Finally, the stability region diagrams are given with input voltage amplitude, reference voltage and load as parameters. All these results are very useful to the design of practical circuits.
