摘要
Residential appliance scheduling is considered as a promising energy saving technique with significant commercial potential, by introducing ubiquitous computing techniques into home energy management to monitor, control and optimize the operation of appliances. The shortages of user preference and appliance characteristic are two big challenges for the scheduling to satisfy users' requirements. In this paper, we propose an appliance classification method, by introducing the shift-ability of demand and load. The historical operations of various appliances are identified to determine whether the demands of user could be shifted. The electrical consumption is analyzed to estimate the parameters of appliances. The classification results are applied to guide the personalized scheduling strategy generation, integrated with dynamic electricity price.
