摘要
In this paper, an analysis of the synergy of velocity field and pressure field is carried out. The results show that an increase of the intersection angle between velocity and pressure gradient improves the synergy between the velocity field and the pressure field with an equal heat transfer enhancement, thus resulting in a reduction of penalty of pressure drop and higher heat transfer performance with low pressure drop. The synergy of the temperature field, velocity field and pressure field is the basic mechanism for the techniques of heat transfer augmentation with low penalty of pressure drop.
