摘要

A new type of interphase precipitation steel has been developed. On the basis of Fe-1V-0.2C alloy by adding 0.5Al alone and 1.5Mn-0.5Al or 1.5Mn-1.0Si complex, its CCT diagram displaces to shorter time and higher temperature. The steel has the following mechanical properties in air cooling: σs>500 Mpa, room charpy value >170 J, and the uniform structure and properties can be achieved up to 150 mm in diameter/thickness. Compared with low carbon bainitic steel, it has much higher toughness. Thus, it is expected to be used directly in as-rolled or normalized.
