Advanced manufacturing method of engine turbine blade of continuous fiber toughening SiC ceramics

摘要

Hollow turbine blade is the key part of aviation engine, which marks integrated manufacturing capability of one country to a certain extent, and their combination properties such as thermal efficiency and thrust-weight ratio etc are influenced by their structure and high-temperature performance. High temperature alloy of single crystal is the main material used in hollow turbine blade, but whose lower workable limiting temperature and worse high-temperature performance restrict it from quick development. This paper points out the developing trend of continuous fiber toughing ceramics composite to be used in hollow turbine blade, and the preparation methods of continuous fiber toughing ceramics are summarized. A novel manufacturing method is put forward for manufacturing hollow turbine blade with high performance, and some scientific problems to be solved in the future are clearly shown
