abstract = "There is littler study on the multi-layer piezoelectric actuator (MPA) for the active vibration control. In this paper, the experimental study on adaptive LMS-based active vibration control of cantilever honeycomb sandwich panel using multilayer piezoelectric actuator is developed. The governing equations of the honeycomb panel included MPA are derived and the actuated forces of MPA are analyzed. In order to demonstrate the actuated capability of MPA, the experiments of the active vibration control for the cantilever honeycomb panel are performed. Moreover,the feedforward least means square (LMS) algorithm is adopted and realized by Matlab/Simulink and dSPACE DS1103 system.",
