摘要
Driven by the requirements of the energy transition due to climate change, wind power is developing rapidly. Offshore wind farms are the main trend of future wind power exploitation. In response to the issue of offshore wind farms being connected to the onshore power grid through fractional frequency transmission system, this paper analyzes the factors affecting the selection of access points for offshore wind farms, proposes evaluation indexes for access points and a combination weight model based on the maximum variation coefficient. Simulation results of an offshore wind farm connected to the power grid of an eastern coastal province show that the proposed method enhances the wind power consumption and improves the safety of the power grid.
