A Study on the Mechanism of Heart Failure Caused by Valve Defects Based on Hemodynamic Analysis

摘要

Valve defects are an important cause of heart failure. In order to study the impact of valve defects on heart failure, this paper first established a centralized parameter model of the cardiovascular system, and based on hemodynamic analysis, studied the mechanism of heart failure caused by four valve defects: aortic valve stenosis, aortic valve regurgitation, mitral valve stenosis, and mitral valve regurgitation. The results indicate that, firstly, aortic valve stenosis can lead to a decrease in aortic pressure, a significant decrease in blood flow, and an increase in left ventricular load. Secondly, aortic valve insufficiency can lead to abnormal blood flow from the aorta to the artery, and an increase in left ventricular load. Thirdly, mitral valve stenosis can cause abnormally high left atrial pressure, leading to difficulty in pulmonary venous reflux. Finally, mitral regurgitation can lead to rapid blood reflux to the left atrium and increased left ventricular load. By studying the above mechanisms and influencing patterns, the mechanism of heart failure can be revealed from the perspective of hemodynamics, providing a theoretical basis for the treatment of heart failure and the application of artificial heart.
