摘要
This paper presents an effective robust supergain beamforming method with sidelobe control for bistatic MIMO radar systems. In this proposed approach, the beamforming optimization problem is formulated as a second-order cone programming (SOCP) problem. The advantage of the proposed method is that it can not only guarantee that the sidelobes are strictly below some given (prescribed) threshold value but also improve the robustness of the supergain beamformer against random errors such as amplitude and phase errors of sensors, and imprecise positioning of sensors, etc. Simulation results are presented to verify the efficiency of the proposed method.
