摘要

The extreme rainstorm events cause severe threats to urban power distribution systems, leading to large-scale power outages. It is imperative to enhance the resilience of distribution systems against rainstorm-induced waterlogging disasters and strengthen the waterlogging prevention capabilities. This paper proposes a pre-disaster resource allocation optimization model, which couples the vulnerable zoning of distribution nodes with resource scheduling to maximize the effectiveness of limited emergency resources. Case studies are conducted on the modified 33 -node test system, and the results indicate that the proposed model can effectively reduce the risk of power outages in urban distribution systems during waterlogging disasters.
