A Pre-Disaster Resilience Enhancement Method for Integrated Energy Systems Using Multi-Type Flexible Resources

摘要

To address the issue that integrated energy systems (IES) fail to fully utilize flexible resources for disaster prevention before extreme events, resulting in insufficient resilience and a lack of effective methods, this paper proposes a pre-disaster resilience enhancement method. The strategy is implemented from two dimensions, critical component strengthening and reinforcement, as well as the pre-deployment and scheduling of flexible resources such as energy storage. A component importance evaluation model is established, and a component reinforcement scheme based on the Copeland ranking method is proposed. On this basis, a bi-level optimization model is developed to determine the optimal pre-disaster deployment plan for flexible resources. Furthermore, a specific approach is presented for collaboratively enhancing resilience through the pre-disaster coordination of multi-type flexible resources across source, network, load, and storage. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is validated through case studies.
