摘要
This study investigated the intergranular corrosion (IGC) behavior of Inconel 625 sensitized at different temperatures (600–800°C) in supercritical water (SCW) environments containing phosphate-based hydrothermal molten salts (HyMoS). The results reveal that the IGC is driven by a dynamic chromium-depletion process induced by phosphorus segregation, which differs from the classical carbide-precipitation-induced chromium depletion theory. In addition, grain-boundary precipitates formed at 800 °C, such as MoNbP, further intensified the corrosion.
