N2 - The winding segmented permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (WS-PMLSM) generally adopts three-phase windings and the length of the segment is greater than that of the passive mover. This article proposes an innovative design for the module motor, using two-phase integrated single-layer concentric distributed windings, no half-filled slots, and the influence of the pulsating magnetic field generated by the segmented windings is negligible. By analyzing the transition of the segment winding, a variable parameter mathematical model is established, and proportional resonance (PR) control is introduced to eliminate the influence of parameter changes on the model. Meanwhile, the concept of a multiphase motor is introduced for pass-through segment control, with the help of the double \alpha - \beta coordinate transformation method, a new effective coil selection and switching algorithms is constructed, and the thrust forces for the pass-through section are obtained. It is experimentally confirmed that this design is in line with the production.
