摘要
A new switched-capacitor multilevel inverter (SCMLI) topology for grid-connected photovoltaic (PV) systems with eliminating the leakage current is presented in this study. Due to directly connecting the negative pole of the PV cells to the neutral line of the grid, the leakage current will be decreased to zero. The newest topologies for SCMLI are based on H-bridge stage; that means the common mode voltage in output is variable and leads to leakage current. The main advantages of this new topology are: (1) It does not need the boost stage; thus, it has light weight and small size. (2) The negative pole of the PV is directly connected to the neutral line of the grid, so the leakage current is eliminated. (3) Has good capability to conduct the reverse current from the inductive load to the dc source. (4) By using the Sinusoidal Pulse-Width Modulation (SPWM) technique the voltage of capacitors are self-balanced, thus this structure has the ability to be extended as n-level SCMLI and reduces the output filter size. The 9-level structure of the proposed inverter is simulated. The performance of which will be verified by MATLAB/SIMULINK software.
