摘要
In this work, a sensor based on a modified porous aromatic framework (PAF-1-S) was successfully fabricated for humidity detection. The prepared sensor possesses promising sensing performance with balance response/recovery speed (both 18 s), narrow humidity hysteresis (~4%RH), good sensitivity (617 kΩ%RH), and stability in 11%RH-95%RH. The sensing mechanism was investigated by impedance spectrum (IS), equivalent electrical circuit, and density functional theory, indicating that the structure of PAF-1-S significantly improves the affinity of water molecules. These results show that PAF-1-S has the promising potential for humidity detection and provide a new design strategy for high-performance sensors.
