摘要
The temperature rise characteristics of aero-engine supporting bearing's rotating components is the important on-line monitoring index, which is essential for the service evaluation of the bearing and even the whole equipment as well as warning of them. Based on the on-line temperature measurement principle and technology of cadmium telluride (CdTe) quantum dots sensor, an improved CdTe quantum dots sensor is made by process optimization, which is suitable for operating temperature monitoring under high temperature and high speed, and meets the thermal condition monitoring requirements of internal rotating components of aero-engine bearing under extreme working conditions. The experimental conditions (preparation time and ligand) for preparing CdTe quantum dots are controlled, and the influence mechanism of morphology and average diameter of CdTe quantum dots on their fluorescence properties are discussed by structural characterization. The temperature dependence and high temperature resistance of photoluminescence spectra of different quantum dots are studied by the high temperature experimental platform. In the end, the CdTe/PVA sensor is prepared using the coating of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA). Compared with the former CdTe quantum dots sensor, the key indicators of CdTe/PVA sensor, such as fluorescence intensity, maximum temperature tolerance, sensitivity and stability, have improved significantly. The result lays a foundation for on-line temperature monitoring of aero-engine supporting bearing's rotating components.
