摘要

Online dissolved gas analysis (DGA) based on membrane separation technology enables continuous and non-destructive degassing, addressing current limitations in DGA such as long detection cycles, discontinuous data acquisition, and the consumption of insulating oil during detection processes. However, traditional membrane fabrication processes suffer from poor controllability of parameters and excessive membrane thickness, leading to extended oil-gas separation times in membrane-based DGA systems. To resolve these challenges, this paper employs a bilayer composite flat ceramic substrate with pore sizes of 100/500 nm. By systematically investigating the relationship between key parameters in spray coating and spin coating techniques and membrane quality, a 1 μm-thick AF2400 layer was successfully fabricated on the 100 nm ceramic layer. A rigid-flexible hybrid oil-gas separation module was designed and directly integrated at a C2H2 sensor to achieve oil-gas separation and gas detection. A continuous and non-destructive online DGA system was subsequently developed, and its capability to extract dissolved C2H2 from oil was characterized. The test results demonstrate that the system achieves gas separation and detection of dissolved C2H2 within approximately 4 minutes, with a system response time of 40 minutes. Compared to the hour-level response times and detection cycles of traditional oil chromatography, the system developed in this paper reduces the detection cycle and response time to second-level and minute-level, respectively. This enables faster detection of dissolved gases in oil and real-time monitoring of transformer operating conditions, providing crucial data supports for early fault warning in transformer.
