摘要

The transient Performance of the System integrating coal-fired power plant with the molten salt energy storage System arc unknown under variable load intervals and this is the key issue that constrains the flexible and efficient Operation of the System. In order to identify the flcxibility enhancement potential and energy consumption characteristics of the integrated System during the transient proecss under variable load intervals, the control strategy by reconfiguring load command was adopted to complete the load down and up processes of the integrated System. In addition, the variable load Performance of the coal-fired power plant with the molten salt energy storage System was analyzed when the plant is operating under variable load intervals to obtain the maximum variable load rate and System energy efficiency of the integrated System. The rcsults show that: Taking 660 MW coal-fired power plant as a casc, the maximum load down rate of the integrated System under high and low load intcrvals can bc increased to 7. 0% min-1, at which time the steam diversion ratio was 0. 5 and 0. 6, respectively. The average coal consumption rate of the integrated System during the Operation in high load intervals is lowcr than that in low load intcrvals by morc than 7. 0 g • (kW • h)_1. The decrease/increasc of coal consumption rate of the integrated System during the high load interval is larger than that of the low load interval, about 1. 0 g • (kW • h)~. The round-trip average coal consumption rate of the integrated System in the high load interval is about 7. 0 g • (kW • h)~, lowcr than that in the low load interval. With the variable load rate requirements met, a smallcr low-pressure cylinder inlet steam diversion ratio and a larger condensate diversion ratio should be selected to reduce the coal consumption rate. The obtained variable load Performance of the coal-fired power plant integrated with molten sah storage System can providc some technical guidance for efficient Operation of the integrated System.
