长距离管线–立管系统内严重段塞特性的研究

摘要

The long pipeline-riser system is a key system for transporting oil and gas resources from deepwater wells to offshore processing facilities. In this paper, the experimental study of severe slugging characteristics is carried out on a long pipeline S-shaped riser system with a horizontal pipe length of 1657 m and a riser height of 29.1 m, which is close to the industrial scale. Combined with the fluctuation and frequency characteristics of the riser differential pressure, the observed gas-liquid two-phase flow patterns are divided into three categories: severe slugging (SS), transition flow (TRS), and stable flow (STB). A new slugging period prediction correlation is proposed with a deviation of ± 15%. The maximum liquid slug velocity in the long pipeline can reach 23 times of the inlet mixing velocity. The slug flow data in the visible horizontal section are statistically analyzed, and the linear distribution law of the gas-induced slug and the void fraction is found.
