摘要
Power security is crucial for national economic development and energy security. In recent years, the low-probability high-loss extreme events have posed significant challenges to the safe and reliable operation of distribution systems. Resilience assessment can effectively support this by quantitatively characterizing the ability of the distribution system to prevent, resist and recover from extreme events. This paper first introduces the basic theory of distribution system resilience assessment (DSRA), and reviews the research status of DSRA from three aspects: resilience modeling, resilience indices, and assessment algorithms. Then the basic concepts, research status, and application scenarios of model-data-cognition hybrid-augmented intelligent (MDC-HAI) method are presented, and the potential innovations that MDC-HAI may bring to resilience assessment are analyzed. Next, the MDC-HAI approach for DSRA is discussed, covering key technologies including failure modes and resilience modeling of distribution systems under extreme events, assessment indices and element representation of DSRA, and the MDC-HAI algorithm for DSRA. Finally, the future research directions for hybrid-augmented intelligent DSRA are proposed.
