摘要
Condenser is one of the important components of steam turbine, and its performance has an important impact on the economics of unit. In this paper, condenser of mixture condensing steam turbine based on coal gasification in supercritical water is investigated. Thermal design and preliminary structural design of H2O+CO2 mixture condenser for a 50 MW demonstration Project are carried out. By using quasi three-dimensional model, the performance of H2O+CO2 mixture condenser is simulated. Flow and heat transfer characteristics of mixed working fluid in condenser is analyzed. The results show that vapor resistance is 169 Pa. The heat transfer coefficient of the second process is significantly higher than that of the first process. The structural design can meet the actual requirements of project and provide the basis for the construction of demonstration project.
