摘要
The variation of position of coil during the short circuit period of transformer can affect the leakage magnetic field and stress of the winding. In order to study the coupling effect between the electromagnetic force and the vibration of the winding,in this paper,the calculation model of the leakage magnetic field and the electromagnetic force of the transformer winding is set up on the basis of image method,and the distribution of the leakage magnetic field and the electrodynamic force under the short-circuit impact is calculated. Based on the winding spring-damping axial vibration model,the influence of the displacement of the wire cake on the winding force is studied,and the electromagnetic mechanical coupling model of the short-circuit vibration of the transformer is constructed. Finally,the influence of short-circuit current and compaction force on vibration response is analyzed. The calculation results show that the vibration signal shows high dispersion in frequency domain after considering the coupling. Compared with the static calculation,the correction coefficient of the dynamic short-circuit force is 1.196. The short-circuit vibration analysis model mentioned in this paper is helpful to form a dynamic assessment method of short-circuit resistance of transformer and effectively improve operation reliability of the transformer.
