摘要
The current research on reliability evaluation of integrated energy System (IES) often neglects the quantitative characterization of gas / thermal inertia dynamie characteristics and transmission delay at multiple time-seales, and lacks a systematic study on the reliability improvement strategy. The transient model of gas / thermal network is introduced to quantitatively characterize the gas / thermal inertia and transmission delay under faults. Considering the influence of valve, compressor and other control components and network parameters on the reliability of IES, a reliability evaluation method suitable for eleetrieity-gas-ther-mal IES is proposed. The reliability improvement strategy model and the optimal faetor seleetion model of IES are eonstrueted, the method and Operation process for IES seleeting the reliability improvement strategy are proposed, and the effeetiveness of the multi-factor collaborative improvement scheme under single System and multi-system is verified by a numerical example. The results show that, the proposed IES reliability evaluation method considering the gas / thermal inertia and delay effeetively solves the problem that the traditional methods have large error and cannot quantify the results. The proposed reliability improvement strategy model and optimal faetor seleetion model can effeetively guide deeision makers to develop IES reliability improvement schemes, and realize the reliability improvement of IES under the electricity-gas-thermal Cooperation.
