摘要

Here, to explore protection performance of honeycomb lattice-ceramic composite armor capable of resisting multi-bullet attack under the combined load of shock wave and fragments, and improve deficiencies in structural design of current armor based on single load of fragments or blast shock wave, simulating the combined load with foam aluminum-projectile composite shell, adopting the finite element simulation method, structural dynamic responses and damage mechanism of honeycomb lattice-ceramic composite armor under combined load were studied to definite two synergistic mechanisms of velocity difference and pre-deformation. Furthermore, effects of early or late arrival orders and arrival time difference of blast shock wave and fragments in the combined load on protection performance of composite armor were studied. Finally, the parameterization study was performed, influence laws of key geometric parameters of different substructures in the composite armor on protection performance were discussed, and protection contributions of different substructures were evaluated to provide a guidance for the optimal protection performance design.
