等离子体对人体组织的渗透作用:研究现状与前沿问题

摘要

Cold atmospheric-pressure plasma has a great potential to replace or assist drugs for clinical treatment, and it is widely accepted that the plasma-generated reactive species play a crucial role. The effective penetration depth of reactive species in human tissues determines the application scope of plasma medicine, whilst it is strongly correlated to the future research direction of plasma medicine, but so far no consensus has been achieved in academia about the quantitative value of the penetration depth. In this paper, the recent researches on the penetration effect of plasma are reviewed from the viewpoints of the human tissue model, the animal experiments, and the clinical trials. The physicochemical processes of plasma-generated reactive species during their penetration are analyzed, and several approaches for enhancing the penetration depth are discussed. The penetration effect of gas plasma on human tissues has many open questions to be solved, and our review provides a reference for related research works in future.
