摘要

The effects of non-equal replacement of carbon black (N234) by multi-wall array carbon nanotube bundles (CNTBs) with different aspect ratios on the thermal conductivity and dynamic mechanical properties of natural rubber (NR) composites have been studied. We analyzed the relationship between the diameter of CNTBs and the thermal conductivity of the NR composites CNTBs/N234 by using a non-linear fitting. It was found that as the diameter of the CNTBs decrease and the loading increases, the thermal conductivity of the composite gradually improves. By characterizing the filler network in a rubber matrix with CNTBs, it was found that an increase in CNTB aspect ratio and loading leads to a decrease in the dispersion effect of the hybrid fillers-the Payne effect-which causes hysteresis loss in rubber compounds under dynamic conditions. The tanδ of 7% strain at 60 ℃ and the fatigue temperature also show a gradual increase. The addition of CNTBs with large aspect ratio can also improve the wet-resistance performance and increase the glass transition temperature, but has an adverse effect on the abrasion performance. When the loading of CNTBs was 6phr, the abrasion volume showed a significant increase.
