摘要
According to the structural characteristics of dry-type air-core reactors wound with wire of rectangular cross-section, a reactor optimization model with the constraints of equal layer resistance-voltage, equal package height and equal package temperature-rise was established. For this high-dimensional model, a problem-oriented dimension reduction algorithm was proposed to transform the equality constraint optimization into a dimension-reduction unconstrained optimization, which could reduce the number of design variables from original 2m+n+2 to 5. In addition, based on the analysis of the two conflicting objective functions of raw material cost and operating cost minimization, a multi-objective Pareto optimal algorithm was proposed for optimizing dry-type air-core reactors. The calculation results show that the optimized reactor wound with wire of rectangular cross-section has the advantages of compact structure, no circulating current, low loss and high heat dissipation efficiency.
