摘要
In order to reveal the effects of flowing status of liquid film and liquid jet on the spray angle of liquid-liquid pintle injector,a visualization experiment on the spray angle of the liquid-liquid pintle injector element was performed in the present study, and the experiment was carried out through precise design on the injector structure and careful control on the flowing status of the liquid film and liquid jet. The experimental results indicated that the spray angles were not only influenced by the momentum ratio and but also the flow status of the liquid film and liquid jet (Weber number). Through the analyses on the obtained experimental results,a function was proposed to describe the degree of impinging deformation between the liquid film and liquid jet in the present study,and the established function was used for the modification of the existing prediction model. When the local momentum ratio ranges from 0.55 to 5.13,the prediction error of the modified model was less than ±5% with a confidence level of 91.46%. The modified model realizes the accurate prediction on the spray angles of the liquid-liquid pintle injector element.
