摘要
In this paper, the experiments of Marangoni condensation for ethanol-water mixtures on a horizontal surface were carried out based on thermal infrared images. The distribution law of the droplet surface temperature with the droplet size was studied, and the effects of the impinging cooling water temperature, the ethanol vapor concentration and the vapor pressure on the distribution law were analyzed. It was found that the average surface temperature of the droplets increased with the droplet radius, and there was a good correlation between them under the same working conditions. When the impinging cooling water temperature increased, the surface temperature distribution curve of the droplets moved toward smaller radius and higher temperature. When the ethanol vapor concentration increased from 0.5% to 10%, the average surface temperature of the droplets decreased by about 4.5℃. As the vapor pressure increased, the surface temperature distribution curve tended to larger radius and higher temperature.
