水热条件液固两相流可视化系统

摘要

Hydrothermal reaction is a strongly coupled process including flow, heat transfer, and reaction, and it is urgent to understand this process clearly. Therefore, in this work, a set of hydrothermal reaction visualization system was built to prepare for the experimental work. The system consists of three parts including continuous flow device, visual observation system and image correction processing system. First, a quartz tube with an inner diameter of 5 mm, and a length of 440 mm was employed as the visualization section, in which the experimental phenomenon and flow field was observed with a high-speed camera. Secondly, under hydrothermal conditions (5 MPa, 100∼200℃), the experimental results showed that the fluid temperature in the radial direction of the tube was uniformly distributed, and the temperature deviation of the inlet and outlet in the axial direction of the tube was 2℃. In other words, in the effective observation field of the system, the fluid temperature could be regarded as uniformly distributed. In the end, it is believed that this visualization system can meet the hydrothermal experimental conditions of 5 MPa and 200℃, which provides a guarantee for the accurate measurement of the experiment.
