摘要
To realize optimal sensor array placement in artificial lateral line detection system of underwater vehicles, an optimal placement strategy for sensor arrays combined with the Bayesian probability model and the sequential heuristic algorithm is proposed. The mathematical model of underwater vehicle target position detection is constructed following Bayesian probability theorem, then the physical model of artificial lateral line detection array and its flow field simulation data set are established, and the sequential heuristic algorithm is chosen to optimize the array arrangement. According to the feature selecting principle, the detection information correlation for target is calculated under different sensor arrangement. After reducing the redundancy of the sensor arrangement and evaluating the optimization results, the posterior probability is used to verify the optimized placement model of the artificial lateral line detection array and estimate the position of the moving target. Compared with the traditional method, the detection probability of interference area at non-target location is reduced to less than 1% by this array optimization placement model and evaluation scheme, which greatly improves the detection probability of target position and verifies the feasibility and effectiveness.
