摘要

OBJECTIVE To explore the feasibility of pharmaceutical care model of dispensing pharmacists in our hospital. METHODS A total of 113 patients who had received pharmacist education twice in 7 days before and after medication from July to December 2018 were investigated by questionnaire. The scores before and after medication were compared and analyzed by SPSS 20. 0 software. RESULTS The results showed that there were significant differences among the 9 items in the questionnaire. Among them, the differences before and after the "hazards of treatment of missed doses, arbitrary dose reduction or discontinuation" were most obvious. CONCLUSION The pharmacist's multiple clinical service modes during hospitalization improve the patients' medication compliance.
