急性冠状动脉综合征抗血小板降阶治疗策略的研究进展

Dual antiplatelet therapy is the standard treatment for patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) recommended by guidelines. However, with the control of risk factors- the application of new P2Yi2 receptor antagonists and the second-generation drug stents, the risk of thrombosis has been significantly reduced, while the risk of bleeding has increased day by day. How to achieve the balance between ischemia and bleeding has become the hot spot of clinical practice in recent years. A large number of clinical studies had explored the feasibility of antiplatelet de-escalation therapy from duration, dose, strength and species, and provided evidence for individualized antiplatelet therapy in patients with ACS. We believe that the largest net benefit of ischemia and hemorrhage can be realized in the future with more and more research evidences and the optimized application of antiplatelet therapy.
