应用显式模型预测控制的永磁同步风电 机组频率电压协同调节

摘要

To solve the problem of power redundancy at the sending end caused by converter blocking on high-voltage direct current transmission lines, which results in frequency and voltage increases, this paper proposes an explicit model predictive control (EMPC) strategy for cooperative frequency and voltage regulation of permanent magnet synchronous wind turbines (PMSWTs). The control strategy takes advantage of the fact that PMSWTs have the ability to regulate the voltage of the converter station and grid frequency simultaneously at the sending end. First, the state space model of bus voltage and grid frequency at the converter station is established based on the frequency swing equation and voltage sensitivity model. Then, the active and reactive power outputs of the PMSWTs are combined, and multiple EMPC controllers are used to calculate the optimal outputs under the cost function, which are then combined to compute the reference power output of the PMSWTs after the converter blocking. Thus, the cooperative frequency and voltage regulation is achieved at the sending end.The simulation in MATLAB/Simulink shows that when the blocking occurs, the EMPC strategy reduces the peak and steady values of frequency and voltage at the sending e n d. Compared with other control methods, the proposed strategy reduces the peak frequency by 0.089Hz and the peak voltage by 0.012 p. u.. This research can offer theoretical and engineering insights for frequency and voltage control in power systems.
