宽输出电压双有源桥变换器最小电流应力的磁性元件参数设计方法

摘要

Focusing on the dramatic increase in current stress of dual active bridge converters under wide output voltage conditions, which leads to cost increase and reduced life of switching devices, this paper proposed a design method of magnetic components to reduce and minimize the current stress. First, all key factors that could affect the current stress were comprehensively considered in this paper, and a mathematical model of the current stress was established, which was then combined with single-phase-shift (SPS) control to build a three-dimensional surface of the peak current. The current stress of different combinations of magnetic components could be comprehensively and accurately reflected in this three- dimensional surface to conveniently and intuitively select the magnetic components for the minimum current stress under different wide output voltage conditions. Compared with the ergodic method, the proposed method can greatly reduce the recalculation and improve accuracy. Then, the method of selecting magnetic components for the minimum current stress under different wide output voltage conditions was presented in detail. Finally, the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method were verified in an experimental platform of DAB converter.
