基于蒙特卡洛辐射反方法的皮肤结构无损探测技术研究

摘要

The non-invasive detection of skin structure lays the foundation for the diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases, making personalized and precise medical treatment of dermatological diseases possible. In this paper, an inverse Monte Carlo radiation method based on diffuse reflectance spectroscopy is proposed to quantify skin structure. Epidermal melanin and dermal hemoglobin volume fractions and vascular layer depth and thickness are fitted by solving specific objective function with an optimization algorithm. The effect of hemoglobin absorption peak is characterized by setting a weighting factor varying with wavelength in the objective function. The results show that the present method can obtain relatively good fitting results of skin tissue parameters in a controlled time. The relative deviations of melanin volume fraction, dermal blood volume fraction and vascular layer depth were within 15%.
