摘要
The lack of a complete and physically self-consistent electron-neutral collisional cross section set for the eco-friendly gases represented by C4F7N limits the study of their microscopic discharge mechanisms. Based on the self-consistent physical connection between the electron swarm parameters and the collisional cross sections, a data-driven method is adopted to establish the mapping relationship from electron swarm parameters to realistic collisional cross sections from the LXCat project. A new complete and physically self-consistent set of collisional cross sections is successfully predicted on the basis of manually corrected C4F7N gas collisional cross section set and experimental data on electron swarm parameters. The accuracy, completeness, and internal consistency of the predicted C4F7N cross section set are evaluated. The results show that the electron swarm parameters of C4F7N calculated by the new collisional cross section set are more consistent with the experimental values. The adopted data-driven method can greatly improve the efficiency of the process of obtaining a collisional cross section set. In addition, this method can reduce the subjectivity in the manual correction process, which provides a new way to obtain the collisional cross sections of new eco-friendly gases.
