摘要
A two-dimensional strain force sensor for long jump test is designed and the performances are tested. The elastic body of the sensor adopts the I-type structure. By mechanical analysis, the elastic body is designed and the strength is checked. Through finite element method, the strain and stress of the elastic body are simulated and calculated. Based on the strain and stress statuses, the rationality of the design is verified and the suitable arrangement of strain gauges and the bridging forms are determined. The universal test platform is used to test the performance of the sensor. The test results show that the measurement range is in 0~4 000 N along the vertical direction with linearity error below 4.14% and hysteresis below 1.63%. The sensor has the characteristics of simple structure, low cost, easy to install and high reliability, and has a broad application prospect in the field of two-dimensional force testing.
