摘要

During the critical period in the transformation of energy use patterns, pilot projects concerning the integrated energy system at the park level have sprung up. Multiple parks with different participants are connected into a regional integrated energy system composed of power systems and heat systems, which brings about the problems such as the conflicts of interests and the mismatches of interactive power. Therefore, based on the alternating direction multiplier distributed algorithm, a two-level coordinated optimization model of multiple load-serving entities and energy supply companies is established in this paper. In the model, the superior energy supply company manages the regional integrated energy system composed of the power and the heat networks, while the subordinate multiple load-serving entities manage the park-level integrated energy systems. According to the characteristics of thermoelectric energy in the superior model, the distribution network with real-time supply & demand balance and the heat network model considering the delay of thermal energy transmission are established. In the subordinate model, the multi-energy conversion equipment is used to realize the stepped energy utilization. Based on the ADMM, the two-level coordinated operation model proposed in this paper decouples the upper and lower levels to protect the privacy information of the participants by using the replication variable method. It adjusts the scheduling strategies of the participants by using the penalty factors and realizes the coordinated operation of the upper and lower levels in multiple iterative interactions. The research results based on the Tongli smart park show that the model in this paper is able to protect the privacy of each participant and satisfy the lowest overall operation cost. It also analyzes the impacts of different scheduling modes and different operation scenarios on the system operation results.
