摘要
Cold spray was used to prepare the AgSnO2 coating on copper substrates with high energy ball milled AgSnO2 composite powders. After annealing at 850 °C, the density increases, the Ag-rich phase migrates toward the boundaries of original composite powders and the hardness decreases for the cold sprayed coatings. The arcing and electrical contact experiments show that there is low and stable contact resistance for the AgSnO2 coating, which can be used in the low voltage apparatus.
