摘要
In this study, experiments were conducted on the inside condensation of ethanol-water vapor mixtures under inclined conditions. The heat transfer characteristics under different inclination angles, vapor mass fluxes, and cooling water flow rates were obtained. Within the range of operating conditions, stratified-droplet flow, wavy-droplet flow, and transitional flow were observed. The results indicated that the heat transfer coefficient increased with increasing inclination angle in the initial 1/4 test section. When the inclination angle increased from 0◦ to −30◦, the heat transfer coefficient increased by 8.31%. As the condensation process proceeded, the heat transfer coefficient in the middle and rear sections of the test tube decreased with increasing inclination angle. The heat transfer coefficient decreased with the vapor mass flux, and increased with the cooling water flow rate. When the cooling water flow rate increased from 1000 kg·h−1 to 1800 kg·h−1, the heat transfer coefficient of the ethanol-water vapor mixtures increased by approximately 9.67% to 38.12%.
