仿鲤科鱼C型启动多翼离心风机叶片性能研究

摘要

Inspired by the C-start posture of Cyprinidae in response to escape and the characteristics of eddy current around it, based on the reverse engineering design method, the center line of the fish body under the general C-shaped starting posture was extracted and the equation fitting was designed. Based on this, a new type C-start multi-blade centrifugal fan blade with equal thickness is designed. The effects of single arc blades and C-start blades on the air volume, static pressure and noise of multi-blade centrifugal fans are studied by combining numerical simulation of flow field and FW-H sound analogy. Through the visualization analysis of the flow field between the bionic fan and the prototype fan, it is found that the leading edge inlet angle and blade profile of the bionic blade have better guiding effect, and the low-speed separation degree of the inter blade channel is significantly less than that of the prototype fan, which effectively inhibits the generation of the vortex in the blade channel. At the same time, the wake vortex shedding at the trailing edge of the bionic blade results in a weak degree of airflow nonuniformity, which alleviates the unsteady interaction between the blade wake and the volute tongue and volute. The results show that compared with the prototype fan, the air volume of the bionic fan increases by 7.1% and the noise decreases by 0.4dB at 0Pa outlet static pressure. Under small flow conditions, the outlet static pressure has increased significantly.
