摘要
Under the influence of discharge and overheating faults, the electrical insulating medium(SF6, insulating oil, etc.)can decompose a series of characteristic gases. The operation condition of electrical equipment can be assessed through compositional analysis of gas. In this paper, the layered molybdenum disulfide(MoS2)based on hydrothermal process is synthesized and filled in the gas sensor. The sensitive features of such six kinds of insulation medium decomposed gases as sulfuretted hydrogen(H2S), sulfur dioxide(SO2), carbon oxide(CO), methane (CH4), ethyne(C2H2)and hydrogen(H2)is analyzed. Compared to three commercial sensors with serious cross-sensitivity, MoS2 sensor shows specific selectivity toward H2S. For insulating oil decomposition gases(CO, C2H2, H2, CH4), MoS2 sensor is only sensitive to CO. Furthermore, MoS2 sensor also has outstanding performance in detecting the repletion of H2S and CO. During the five cycles of testing the fluctuation range of response value does not exceed 7.2% and5.95% respectively. The result of concentration test also indicates that, incase of H2Sand CO below 50μL/L, the linearity of MoS2 sensor is good (9.26% and 0.62%). In addition, MoS2 sensor shows a synergistic adsorption to- wards H2S and CO. With the increase of H2S concentration (10, 30, 50 μL/L), the influence of CO concentricity on the response values is less (6.74%, 4.94%, 3.47%). Thus, the layered MoS2 has a broad application prospect in the detection of insulating medium characteristic decomposition gas.
