Wear of liquid-solid two-phase flow pump using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method

Abstract

The quantitative analysis of liquid-solid two-phase flow pump wear is improved by application of a secondary fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. A multi-factor system is established; it includes all wear behavior such as running, medium, structure and their wear types. The wear grades and corresponding interval values are determined. A fuzzy matrix is structured, the definition of evaluation pump wear severity is given, and a applicability range of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is also given.
