Abstract

In order to solve the problem that the traditional wireless sensor signal can't convey data from one side of reactor containment to the other side, an ultrasonic through-wall communication system is designed that ultrasonic waves are used to send data across reactor containment. The transmitting unit of ultrasonic through-wall communication system loads data signal on ultrasonic waves at 40 kHz. Ultrasonic communication unit transmits signal received from transmitting unit through the containment vessel to the receiving unit via ultrasonic transducer. Receiving unit through three-stage amplification, detection, filtering, comparison circuit, finally realizes convey data from inside of reactor containment to outside. System under the working condition of simulated containment test, the test results show that the signal can be low power consumption, stable transmission, and the bit error rate is lower than 10-6.
