Triple-layer superlattice in deuterium-labeled binary ultralong alkanes: A study by small-angle neutron and X-ray scattering

Abstract

A study was performed on the triple-layer superlattice in deuterium-labeled binary ultralong alkanes. The small-angle neutron scattering (SANS) and small angle x-ray scattering (SAXS) experiments were carried out. The resolved SANS and SAXS diffraction intensities were used to reconstruct the scattering length profile and the electron density profile normal to the lamellar stacks.
