Abstract
In this nanomaterial synthesis, we present a typical procedure and representative transmission or scanning electron microscopy images to give a direct impression of how these nanomaterials are obtained and how they normally appear. For detailed instructions on each synthesis, the readers are referred to the corresponding refenrences. Future prospects for the synthesis research are discussed. But TiO2 nanoparticles also bring nanotoxicity in these applications. And at last I will demonstrate the potential toxicological impacts of TiO2 nanomaterials on the environment and human health.
